Hi everyone! With less than two months to go until the end of the year, I hope you are doing well. In this opportunity I am going to tell you about my favorite website, I found it a few years ago and it has been very useful for my career, it is called  PhET . This website was founded in 2002 by the American physicist Carl Wieman (Nobel Prize winner in 2001), it is an educational resource project of the University of Colorado Boulder. Phet is a site that I like a lot because it has many interactive simulations of science and mathematics, the best thing is that all of them are free and are very good to be used when teaching and doing classes at school, although I have also used it to study physics mainly. I visit this website frequently when I am designing physics or mathematics classes, I like it because it is user friendly, it has search filters and the simulations are well designed. If you didn't know this website, I invite you to visit it and play for a while with some simulation...

A photograph you like

Hello! Today I'm going to tell you about one of my favorite photos. As I said in the previous blog, I really like taking pictures, so it's hard to choose one as my favorite, I like a lot of them.... But today I'm going to talk about this picture I took exactly two weeks ago with my cell phone, it shows Bambi (blonde) and Zac (black with white), my beloved dogs. I like it very much, because I managed to take the picture at the precise moment when both of them are looking at each other. Very few times I've managed to get a good picture where they are both together, Bambi is very restless and Zac is often distracted and doesn't pay attention to the camera, they are very crazy jaja. Also, this picture reminds me of a very nice day with them, that day I managed to capture several funny pictures and videos.  That's all for today. Thanks for reading.  Have a nice day!

My favorite piece of technology

Hi! I hope you are having a good week. Here I am writing again, today I will tell you about my favorite piece of technology. For the past few years I think my favourite piece of technology is the cell phone. I use it mainly to talk to family and friends, also to study, listen to music, use the email and the university platform, look for things on the internet, use maps, see how long the bus takes, and also use social networks like instagram and applications to watch series and movies like netflix or disney+. But what I like the most is that thanks to its camera I can capture moments every day, I love to take pictures and record videos, either of my dogs, with my family, friends, landscapes, flowers, food and much more. I also love that at any time I can go back to see these images and remember those moments. I will share with you some a pictures I took recently. Why did I choose to study my career?

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to tell you about my career choice and what I want for the future.  I remember when I was a child, I dreamed of saving and cared animals, I wanted to be a veterinarian but over time I realized how I could not.  When I was at high school, I wasn't sure what I wanted to study, but I wanted to study something with matematics or cooking, I was interested in careers in pedagogy or gastronomy.  After doing this PSU in the 2018, I entered the University of Chile to study maths, but as I mentioned in the before blog I changed of the career, today I feel happy studying the Bachelors in math and physics with a mention in education. My experience at the university has been very good, although sometimes I have a love-hate relationship with some courses, however, I have been able to meet great classmates and friends that make my days much better.
